Mrs. Glory Ojochogu Yakubu

is an accomplished administrator and seasoned registry professional who serves as the
second substantive Registrar of
Confluence University of Science and Technology (CUSTECH), Osara.
With extensive experience in tertiary institution administration, she has demonstrated
strong leadership, integrity, and a deep commitment to institutional growth and effective governance.

Born on 16th August, 1979, in
Omala Local Government Area of Kogi State, Nigeria,
she has continued to distinguish herself through dedication to service and continuous
professional development.

Career & Leadership

Prior to her appointment as Registrar, Mrs. Yakubu built a distinguished career at
Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja, where she rose through the ranks from
Assistant Registrar to
Deputy Registrar (Senior Establishment).

She also served as
Acting Deputy Registrar,
making significant contributions to personnel management, policy implementation,
and registry administration.

Her professional experience also includes service as a
Part-Time Lecturer and
WAEC/NECO Examiner.
She has actively participated in key institutional committees covering staff discipline,
promotions, convocation planning, and records management.

Professional Membership & Service

Mrs. Yakubu is a member of the
Institute of Corporate Administration (MICA)
and has attended several professional workshops on modern registry systems
and administrative best practices.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, she is actively involved in community service
as a Special Marshal with the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC)
and a member of various women-focused organizations.

Married and blessed with children, she is widely respected for her diligence,
professionalism, and unwavering commitment to excellence in university administration.
