📢 IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL CUSTECH STAFF
Following the resolutions of the 37th Management Meeting of the Confluence University of Science and Technology (CUSTECH), Osara, held on Monday, 28th September 2026, Management has directed that all staff are required to strictly comply with the attached “Mandatory Documentation for an Auditable Payment Request Process.”
Accordingly, all payment requests must be processed in line with the prescribed documentation and procedures outlined in the attached document.
⚠️ Please Note: Failure to comply with the stipulated process and documentation requirements will result in the payment request not being processed or approved for payment.
All staff are therefore advised to carefully study the attached document and ensure strict compliance henceforth.
